The highlight of the evening is the authentic antikristo Crete’s iconic slow-roasted meat, prepared over an open fire using the traditional cooking technique that has been passed down through generations.

Executive Chef Dimitris Fatisis and his culinary team present a contemporary dining experience that blends authentic Cretan flavours with modern gastronomy and refined presentation.
